Yes, you are factually accurate about that. But that is at the core of our argument. While it is currently legal for Twitter to ban whomever they want, it is antithetical to our Freedom of Political Speech, given that Twitter is one leg of the stool that comprises our Digital Public Square for political speech. The other two legs are Google and Facebook. Between those 3 social media companies, 99% of political speech among Americans is being handled. Censorship in that arena will destroy this country.
