Correctomundo, my friend. Either way, Yuan looks vulnerable either via direct exchange rate tweaking or secondary to reflation/inflation.
I'd go with the Salomon Smith Barney guy, Mr. Ma with his reflation/inflation theory. That's the more subtle approach and allows them to save face.
I hear that saving face is everything to the chinese. Anyone else heard that?
