Wow, you are doing so great! Sunshine is at a great premium in my neighborhood due to heavy coverage by 80'+ plus trees. But my raspberries, mulberries, grapes, and apples are doing great. As are the herbs (some of which are taking over the backyard, but I don't mind). On the downside, I didn't get much cherries this year. My donut peaches have never done well and I am contemplating getting rid of the trees when a better substitute comes along. And somehow I never get to cover my strawberries in time to prevent the birds and squirrels from getting them first. Everything else is in between.
