The [GHDX] premium doesn't seem very enticing to me even if the current price is slightly inflated due to news leaking. Previously the run up of GHDX was ascribed to it joining an index on Monday. The 15% pop on 7/24/19 seems excessive for a mere index shuffle, but some people were satisfied that it was the full explanation (e.g. finance.yahoo.com ). With hindsight,I think we can surmise that the small nominal deal premium (5%, based on 7/26/19 closing prices) was due to news leakage.
