OK. So...bottom line...what, exactly, does this all mean?

First of all, what exactly are Intel, Microsoft, and Compaq going to do...are they announcing support for an existing standard? Are they proposing a standard? Are they making vendor committments?

Next--what is WSTL's stake in this? Does WSTL support, or is WSTL compatible with AWRE's technology/standards? When will WSTL's products hit the market?

Why isn't WSTL doing a better job of making themselves noticed? They're missing a opportunity by letting everyone else grab the limelight (Aware, PairGain, Lucent, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc.)
