Ken, welcome on board. That trade was a bit of a puzzle, but as Sigmund said, probably some sort of neutral trade between two parties. Why? Because it didn't impact the price.

I've watched a lot of tape on this issue over the past six months and remember times when the market makers wouldn't even take more than 100 shares before dropping the bid. I've seen a couple early sells that never added up to more than 5000 or 7000 shares take the price down a buck. So if 50,000 shares are sold at one price, either there is a buyer lined up for this cross or there is something big happening very soon.

We'll see.

Can you find insider trading there?

If not, do you know how to acess any

individual trades?
