What is the actual residential cost of natural gas currently in Brazil ? Without providing a new Brazilan government subsidy to the local gas companies or consumers, I don't see how Jair Bolsonaro will be able to reduce natural gas costs for consumers. Bolivia is already undercutting the price of many potential Brazilian gas producers. Impose an import tax on Bolivian natural gas and the price of natural gas in Brazil rises rather than declines. New lower natural gas prices in Brazil is trumpish nonsense. Simply a lie to hit the headlines and be quickly forgotten.
