The order of answering the question of best growth by category was PC CPU, then GPU, then Server. Remember that the cloud gaming GPUs ramp in Q3/Q4 as well. That could be significant $.

All in all, I would say that Rome is NOT ramping faster than originally planned. Since they didn't feel like tightening the 4-6qtrs up at all, and 4 qtrs is now out to only Q4, then I would say expect 6 qtrs, or mid-2020 to hit the 10%, and as I've noted before, that 10% is not 10% of what Intel calls DCG, but is instead only about 6% of that number.
