Once again you caught me being LAZY. I used the default chart that is set with a shorter time frame.

I was just keeping it simple to show that the RUT had yet to hit that 1620 ish. BUT you are correct, it peaked higher. Here's a 54 VB. As you can see it has a LONGER time frame.

SO SORRY.
