The SEC can't stop Musk from tweeting even after courts ruled against him. I doubt they can do anything. IMO, decades of tax cuts have defunded even the basics so criminal behavior has become normalized.

It kinda shocked me that Manafort could spend his entire life committing crimes and so many republican FBI directors looked the other way. White collar crime such as defrauding people out of millions of dollars using fake universities is less important than someone selling some weed. Maybe victimless crimes are less important than being defrauded by con men.

If we want criminals off the streets we need to fund the SEC and the rest of government but that means higher taxes which is sacrilege to this generation.
