None predicted the unwinding to develop the way it is doing.

The unwinding steps are always unpredictable.

Trade War was not in the cards nor was BREXIT

That globalization slanted to the East, lost balance.

The unwinding means the world economy is rebalancing. And that is welcome.

But it is catching big money flatfooted. Take Foxxconn for example:

Foxconn eyes sale of $8.8 billion China plant amid trade war woes

Dubbed the largest single investment ever in the southern city by Chinese media, Foxconn announced the Guangzhou plant in 2016, hoping to start operations by 2019 to meet an expected rise in demand for large-screen TVs and monitors in Asia in a challenge to top Chinese display maker BOE Technology Group.

Meanwhile in the western hemisphere there is sign that there will a relabancing there too..

10% new tariffs on $300bn Chinese exports?

Not here!

This is the Western Hemisphere!

  • Self sufficient in Oil & Gas
  • Self sufficient in technology

You know China, right? You should know The Americas

  • Population 953.7 million (13.6% of the world)
  • GDP $20.971 trillion
  • GDP growth Per capita:
  • 3% GDP per capita Currency: US$21,989
  • We are back to when we set the Americas versus the Europe

And peacefull
No one can bully the Americas.

The bad neighbors (Bolivia, Venezuela easy to clean up and make them toe the line
