I just had a resinending conversation with the switchboard of Maxam, the phx number for Al Hubbard is now 602-314-4902 instead of the area code 972 # I suppose, and have this to report! Dale has no intention of selling at these levels as he had prior sold some of ( "part of" are the words) the SEC filed shares and according to SEC rules one has days to SELL, or NOT sell. Then any part is simply turned back into the RULE of new disclosure in any future sale after that time period. So, no problems of ever having this as an OVERHAND for anytime mor than a month or so + ( you all can look up the exact file date). He is in good health and the INSURANCE policy was just a premium payment on an existing policy. Big deal, infact, yes; a deal here in my humble opinion. I have been saying that alot lately.
