* NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Projectavision Inc. (PJTV) agreed to buy
Vidikron Industries SpA, a projection systems maker based in Milan, for
about $10 million.
* In a press release Wednesday, Projectavision said Vidikron had sales
of about $17 million and was profitable in 1997.
* Projectavision, which rolled out its first product in the fourth
quarter, had sales of about $1 million 1997. The company said Texas
* Instruments Inc. (TXN) chose Projectavision and Vidikron to release
digital light-processing technology to the consumer marketplace.
The company said it made an initial payment and expects to close the
transaction in about 90 days.

If that 67% of mhtx is correct

that would put their holdings at 40.2 million shares
and at today's price of .45

would put the value at $18,000,000...

Every .25 gain in stock price would be $10,000,000 to PJTV
