Your first two on the list I think are legitimate mass killings. I don't think 3 and 4 killings are really mass shootings as that many could be killing in a gas station or 7-11 robbery.....

FYI, the LI RR killings included the wounding of US Rep Carolyn Mahoney's son and prompted to become a gun control activist and run for Congress.

The rest are not mass killings but rather serial killings esp Muhammad and Malvo in the DC area...

So your argument is weak...
