1) I'm not Glenn

2) $40 Million represents 25% of MRVC's TOTAL 1997 revenues

3) That revenue will grow rapidly in MRVC's hands

4) Even if the margin doesn't hold, MRVC has to do well on this on the bottom line.

5) The technology, sites and resources make this a steal
