I think you intend to insert a "not" in this sentence:
"They also say elsewhere that there are about 200 million disk drives in game consoles and other electronics that have *not* even begun to convert to SSD..."

That is my sense as well. I know that when I went to Best Buy maybe 16 months ago to replace my PC, they had very few PCs with SSDs and they were way more expensive than the ones with HDs.
