One of those few times when I wish I had a subscription to WaPo.

The first line starts off with this boner of a point:

"The Trumpian view of the economic universe is zero-sum. "

No idea where they got that but it is demonstrably false that he believes that. It is 180 degrees from his belief (and from reality). Is this the message she's running on?
