John/ (off-topic & "get shorty") - Appreciated the overview posted. Question though, you mentioned DOWN TICKING. Now I know that's not what's in the quilt on the bed. If you get a chance, please explain.

Thanks for answering my questions John. It gives me a better grap of the fundamentals. It is my belief that the value of Unitec and these strong business fundamentals will eventually be more acurately reflected in the stock price.In the future, I will limit my questions to one at a time so as not to consume too much of your time on line.
