and other concerned parties That part concerns me. I would insist on severe penalties for people who do this frivolously. And I want a very low bar to prove frivolous.

Well, where I'm coming from is think how well the "Patriot Act" was used and abused. I see red flag laws being abused too easily... Just like getting arrested in Walmart for spanking your child....
