This sort of stuff happens all the time. They'll be up and running within days. A computer program does it, then a person reviews it and fixes it. Don't get worked up over nothing.

You should take that up with the Swedish government. They prolly feel they have an interest in the matter, since it was their guy who formulated the theory.
