Does this mean these 4 firms were short on 9/30 and are now long on 12/31? If so, these 4 entries alone represent a turnaround of almost 3.7 million shares. Am I reading this correctly?

I'd like to see how identical the #'s look. When the intitutions first heard about the Asian situation.. they took their profits.
