<<<<<As expected, down 278 points but Yen hold up.

........i am getting ready to buy in my long term buy/hold portfolio

.......although i am ready i still believe that there is the possibility of some more downside. will not be straight up.

.....don't forget that the impact of japan's neighbors--the primary center for the export of their goods is drying up for a year or two. that is, there still has not been the result of the ASEAN flu on the EARNINGS of these companies.

......that could provide some downside for the inernational blue chips. although i think that things like NTT and MBK could be at their lows--internal market cannot get too much worse.
