Stoltenberg is a day late and a dollar short. He and NATO needed to address China BEFORE they went MAD on Russia over Crimea and long before Crimea.

Getting friendly back in Gorby's time would have been more intelligent but USA was and still is in active-shooter mode.

Cooperation with Russia should be going flat out and should have been for decades.

Picking fights with Russia and China will result in China taking over Russia. Already Russia was forced to build pipelines to China not to Euroserfstan. Bad idea for Euroserfs and USA.

Esper is silly too. "Addressing" China's rise means nothing.

USA is busily destroying Qualcomm while whining about China going Gung Ho on 5G. Of course Huawei and co will accept free intellectual property gifted by judge Lucy Koh who is acting on behalf of Korea Taiwan China and Japan companies. Perhaps her decision will be reversed but maybe not.
