my thought was that most of the producers will see gains going forward as the pog continues to rise and stabilize

I think in general you are correct. The longer the price of gold rises the more true your statement becomes.

There is a lot of variability in the stocks though and I had to dig deep to find the ones I liked. Centerra Gold on the Canadian side is doing well and we are almost up 10% in 3 days. Kirkland lake which I liked but was too expensive for what I am doing here is a bit more up/down and is about 1% higher in the last 3 days.

Kinross Gold is another 10%'er... too bad I was a day late in bidding for it. It may drop to where I bid for it... If it comes nearer I will chase it as long as I see Gold rising.

I don't really see the reason for the variability between Gold stocks... I probably has to do with fundamentals of which I am very weak I am afraid...other than net revenue and debt I cannot do much... but it does help. Anyone with more insight please comment and we can learn from it.

As the man said falling off the bridge.... so far so good! :)
