Mrs. Jones....I'd be EXTREMELY careful in my assertion that NAMX will be a reporting company in April of this year. Let's go back and actually read what the news release stated. And I quote,"NAMX anticipates becoming a full (12g) reporting company during the first quarter of 1998." Key word here, "anticipates." They certainly don't say for sure that they actually WILL BE a reporting company, just that they anticipate to. What does this mean? Excuse my french, "NOT SHIT." Let's take a look at TEIM. When we were all shareholders of TEIM in 1996, we kept waiting and waiting for the 1st Qtr. 10Q. Well, April passed, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, & December. And guess what? Nothing! Getting no answers from Ebeling or any other person from Tridon Enterprises we finally had to call the SEC and find out what in the hell was going on. Come to find out, Tridon Enterprises filed three extensions(which is perfectly legal) in filing their financial report. Well, as I'm sure you're aware, it was a little too late for us. Stock had dropped like a rock and guess who was left holding the back. By finally getting a copy of their 10Q, which was finally filed in January 1997, I understand their reasons for not filing. The company & the financials were pretty pathetic. I sure wish I was privy to this report in April instead of January. It would have saved me quite a bit of money. I'm guessing the guys on the other end knew of this also. This is a fact Mrs. Jones. If for some reason you don't believe me, check with the SEC office and check yourself. I would love to make a gentleman's bet with you that you'll see nothing from NAMX regarding financials for the whole year of 1998, or for that matter, EVER. Simply an opinion, but one I feel very strongly about.
