Harold,

Actually, as much as I hate to admit it, that makes some sense. I will forward this to Dennis Vail for his review on his ongoing efforts with RAIN. Thank you.

With regards to our company I have always had an on-going debate as to whether or not my measly few shares should allow me access to management or not. If I call the company should I be able to get to the CEO? If I do does it really show that he cares about the shareholders, the little guys? On the one hand he is talking to me as an "owner" of the company. How nice. Doesn't the CEO have better things to do, like run a company???? Yet on the other hand, I do have money invested with them and it would be nice to get some answers during the tough periods. Blind faith in management can lead to bad investment decisions. Anyway, I don't believe this is the "philosophy of stock investing" board so I will stop there. <<gg>>

GO PACK GO!
