High time for minimum speed limits on North American highways. Europe has had them for ages.

I hear that the left lane for passing only rule is now also being enforced in Canada. They supposedly target primarily the slow poke left lane drivers.

I am all for low speed limits in residential areas but the 100km speed limit on most Canadian highways need to be changed to either 120 or 130 since this is the prevailing speed these days anyhow.
