I don't mean severely overbought in terms of medium/long term price. I mean severely overbought in terms of very short term momentum.

I know that the NAZ is off its highs of the summer. And this is due to long term fundamental questions about earnings, Asia, deflation, yadda yadda yadda. I just believe, IMHO, that in the next couple of days (3 to 5) there is going to be a substantial selloff and that AMAT will get caught in the tide.

Realize that I am a big fan of AMAT long term - great company, leader in the industry, strong management, R&D,... But a long term rise is not going to happen until the fundamental situation clears up so I am trying to take advantage of short term oscillations to make a few bucks in the meantime.

Good trading!
