If anyone knows ASMLF's product mix, you can calculate the effect on Cymer. They do 20% of their business in Korea and see a 50% shortfall. I know they were expecting to build about 300 units this year, so about a -30 unit effect from Korea. I don't know how many of these are DUV, but my memory says about 45%, which would mean a drop of 15 units or so from the Korea mess.

Also, I was interested to note that ASMLF has sold its Cymer shares for some reason!?!

I'm long Cymer now, accumulating anytime it drops under 15, but it's a short-term buy based on technical trading. I might take a gamble and hold it over earnings, but my plan is to sell when (if!) it crosses 16 1/2.
