I think that they can produce 1000 lbs of primary concentrate per day, but the dore production is limited to about 4300 lb per month with current equipment. This would equate to the need for more smelting
capacity to keep up with the concentrate production. That will only work if there is enough capability to produce PGM's and such from the dore... so until there is a need for more dore production then the
additional smelting capacity would be a waste of capital.

Thats how I read the mixed messages...
