Myron,

I try to track the POWs weekly and looked at the chart (no TA) of ABTE on Mon. I geuss I should have done more than that!

ABTE popping up again... A short term move to 9.00 looks likely... There is a downsloping trendline there... A close above 9.00 is needed to break the current intermediate term downtrend...
