TJ the problem is not the puppet type in Hong Kong but the bossy bastards in Beijing. Swapping out a woman for a businessman for an engineer for a LGBTQWERTY for a historian for an accountant is all irrelevant. Seceding from Beijing is the way to go to maintain Freedom Rock Hong Kong world leading honours. Rendition to China is like rendition of Julian Assange to USA = no such thing as a fair trial because USA does not have jurisdiction over everyone on Earth. If USA laws apply to everyone, or else, then it's time to usurp the USA as it's hopeless that everyone on Earth has to obey all laws in all countries. That's insane. It would be reasonable that USA ask, for example, New Zealand to prosecute Kim Dotcom under NZ copyright laws, but not to expect USA copyright law to apply everywhere nor to expect NZ to extradite Kim to an alien country for rendition, water boarding, cruel and unusual punishment, and what have you. The USA was founded in opposition to overbearing King George demands. USA overbearing demands and outright invasion can be a bit overbearing. For example Hawaii did not apply for USA statehood. Americans whine about Crimea but that was much more Russian than Hawaii was American 150 years ago. Heck, one of my great great grandfathers died from injuries in the Crimean war of 1856 against Russia. Mqurice
