I keep looking, but I can't get a handle value of real estate in this market. Also, looking TCO UBP and MAC all with seemingly attractive growth and yield. Thinking that at this/some point these may prove more attractive/resilient?

Re: M

Getting close to my new Buy point at/below $18.50/share. Have a small amount of shares at the $23/share area. It's all about their real estate at this point (as that is where the value is). Dividend is nice as long as they pay it. When compared to the 1.6% yield on the 10 year treasury.

If/when I make my next Buy, I will post it here.

Sold 30% of M today at $16.81/share as these Buys were at/below $15/share. Thought is I could buy these back at/below $15.50/share before this goes xdiv 12/12 for $0.37/share. So many times this has traded into this range to just sell off 6%-8%.

Still think this one goes higher since it is in the holiday period where most of their revenues get booked.Could see a 50%-60% going into January.
