Not too bad. . . . a few observations . . . .

We see the Sylvan joint venture in fingerprint services revenue of $370,000 and expenses of $352,000, and it's profitable from the start . . . The Fowler remark on Asian slowdown has to be the bank contracts. . . . Boring ANADAC is carrying the rest of the company right now. . . . Government agency "timing" is the INS failure to award a bid, and we might even see this again NEXT quarter. . . . Oracle has not gotten past the "pilot" stage . . . Not that many stock options out there diluting the EPS . . . R&D increase has taken a penny or two out of earnings this quarter. . . . legal costs difficult to isolate.

I don't think the stock will take much of a hit, might even stick around 10. But this type of prediction is outside my field.

Kentucky has a budget surplus of $300, and seems to want a fingerprint scanning system ($5.8mil worth). I think that IDX would fit the bill... Anyone have any insight how IDX fares in Kentucky?

"* About 17.4 percent would go to state technology projects. A $300 million surplus would produce roughly $52 million for such priorities as Kentucky Tech's secondary school programs ($6 million), a fingerprint scanning system for state police ($5.8 million), and an integrated criminal justice computer system ($5 million)."
