Yes it could have happened that way. Easy TJ.How likely is the scenario described, bio/medically-speaking? I learned about blocking carotid arteries 53 years ago when wrestling a friend. I got him around the neck with my arm and pulled him backwards. He went limp. I thought "what the hell?" and released him as he sagged to the ground gently.
