I do not feel the lawsuit will be of a material signicance to OZON. The MM who was with me agreed with Bill's assessment of the matter. I think the firm they are suing has probable more to lose than OZON and the higher the stock goes the less of a problem the case becomes.

I do not have any more detail and I am not an attorney, so you may want to do more research if you are still concerned.

The United Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Association Meeting is Feb 20th through 23rd. I believe it's in Dallas this year?

Bill Stoddard told me this on the phone a while back. He also told me that there will be two other speakers. One from 3M and another from Nordion talking about irradiation.

I can't find anything on the net on this meeting except for the meeting from last year. Visit this site and get some idea of how big this meeting really is:
