We don't mandate E-Verify and prosecute the employers of illegals because powerful people (like the President) depend on illegal labor. Bill says we could eliminate 80% of illegals through E-Verify and prosecution of illegal employers. I believe him. And it would be a lot cheaper than building a wall that Trump never planned to build as he believed he'd lose the election when he made the promise.
