You posted a pic of replacement border fencing in Hidalgo County and you're falsely saying it's new.. Hidalgo County is in extreme south TX in what is called The Valley. It's one county from the Gulf of Mexico. There can be no NEW fence in Hidalgo County because it was fenced by George Bush. All of the fencing there is replacement of what George Bush built under the Secure Fence Act of 2006.
