Be Blest in your launching efforts. Philip, Thanks for coming forward. Straight talk sells! Vision: When trading on the net began, trades were relatively cheap at $20-$35/trade. Since competition has set in, trades are as low as $8 with execution speeds/confirmations in 10 seconds with Ameritrade. The future for Daytrading Software and SOES systems will follow the above history. Whoever makes the first DRAMATIC decrease in cost/trade, will attract the most customers. The day will come when SOES/selectnet/ecn trades will be around $12/trade. Whoever gets to that price FIRST, will attract the most customers and RETAIN them from joining another competitor that begins to match the $12/trade. Ameritrade will be getting into SOESlike trading software. They are building a base of customers now. What is your company going to do to beat them? S.W.
