Thank you for the series of very informative posts. I have no idea who Pegaso is either. Perhaps it is a company named after the winged horse and has other communications ventures. Or possibly it is a racing stable with a catchy name.

The posts about 3G have left me somewhat confused. I thought the TDMA-CDMA hybrid plan favored by Nortel included backward compatibility because of the comments by Nortel cited in the article. I, too had no idea that Q "held much of the rights underlying W-CDMA". If this is true, it looks like the future is win-win and/or WCDMA can't get off the ground if Q says no to licensing. Would any of the more sophisticated participants (Hint--Woof, Woof) care to comment on Q's ablilty to profit using the alternative 3G scenarios.

Anyone else hear Infallible Irwin, Father of the Mighty Q on CNBC? It was great -- he refers to MOT-Ter-O-LER. The final "LER" is quite distinct. Add this to the tassled loafer epithets Qdog.
