You assume I think Mueller isn't corrupt or is competent. I don't. You see, in order to determine intent (a key to proving obstruction) you have to actually talk to the people who obstructed justice.

Then there's the issue of Mueller refusing to answer questions from Congress as if he's Oz. I don't understand why anyone let him think he could pick and choose which questions he'd answer. He's a national joke.
