JDN, it may be old, but it isn't bottled wine, its litigation. Why is a 4 mil lawsuit from OLD MANAGEMENT still going on, paying lawyers hundreds/hour to shuffle their briefs & pleadings? What are the various other claims and what is their total? What is NEW MANAGEMENT doing to cut its losses? If the customers have a legitimate beef, how is NEW MANAGEMENT changing procedures to make sure that liabilities like this don't arise again. Prospective investors like to know those things. If they don't have access to reassuring information it is likely to be a negative factor in their decision on whether or not to purchase the company's shares.
