Also have small USNU. A little frustrated w/ their changes in business structure using Partnership to benefit doctors. It's a bit complicated and appears to dilute future earnings to shareholders.

Also, more expenses get passed to shareholders. All moot, if/when EPS move the needle and new facilities contribute to revenues/earnings.

I likes it the old way as 8K was easy to read and understand.
