Dear Tim: I dont know how to explain it any better than I did on my last post. I agree that shares that were sold on the market were sold in January 1998, I dont know about the shorting situation. My point is those that wanted to sell sold. Those that didnt want to sell didnt. All the info is in the statements filed. My comment is that their is NOT any CURRENT market overhang. JDN

Tim,

Intention to sell can accomodate several scenarios,however,
assuming that recent is correct, my favorite one is that there is some good news out there to indicate a rapid stock price appreciation and these folks want to be ready to trade.
