A fact sheet dated "4th quarter-1997" was prepared by LITH's investor relations firm, Consulting for Strategic Growth, tel.# 800 625-2236. The two page report is concise and well written. It covers many areas including financial data as of 9/30/97, the global battery market in general, an outline of the company, strategic partnerships, the firm's technological edge and manufacturing cost comparisons between LITH and their competitors in the marketplace (This section explained to me, a lay person, why these batteries are superior to current technology available and at a lower price). The report further states by chart that LITH's product will be less expensive than their competition. ULBI and VLNC are referenced in the body of the report as public comparables in the field.
