M on my list and now have waiting per the 3-day rule so looking for a lower low on lower vol. That was $15.84/share so next week will do a small add of M shares if I can pick up some at/near $15.50/share.

Could see a good holiday season so do not want to wait too long.

The value for me is in their real estate, so I do hold M shares in other accounts but have those at a slightly higher cost. So if/when the time comes to sell, will let those go first.

FWIW, sold 1/3 of my RKDA shares on the recent run as earnings were actually quite good. Management says they are hoping to replace some of their one time revenues w/ POT sales from their Hawaiian test plots. I suspect many will be surprised how much revenue they get from those 10 acres.

Bought some GRIF, an industrial warehouse owner and developer. Warehouses are “hip”, due to demand from logistics companies (Amazon, FDX, UPS, trucking companies ) and GRIF trades at a significant discount to NAV (~$70/share according to some sources).

Added to my losing position in M but still positive on the value at these prices. Got some at $14.67/share (50%) and will add another 50% at/below $14/share. Looking to hold this through Q1 2020 as this is the holiday period where they do most of their sales.

Remember value is in their real estate. Div yield 9.6% which may or may not get cut. Still only at a 60% portfolio position.
