I cannot quote the source either, but I support what you say. I have read about many industries being consolidated in China. While competition is good, just like YING and YANG , too much of a good thing can be bad. There needs to be a balance between competition and efficiently using available resources. While have not read everything, what I have read is good, IMO. The Government seems to be making wise economic decisions based on what is best for all. While this consolidation may cause short term problems, looking ahead it will allow faster progress and raise the standard of living for all. Just my opinion. Doug
