Frank,

I haven't "brushed off" little Fonar. I bought the stock.

My point is that those who think that GE is worried enough to make the MM's keep the stock down, should realize that GE has better fish to fry than risking that sort of behavior. If GE cares about the Fonar rights, it can afford to buy them many times over. Why do you think they don't, if it's so important to them to have them?

Jack Welch mentioned on CNBC, when asked this morning, that the judgment was paid and the matter is over.

Some of the dumbest messages on this thread concern constant whining about whining. Whining about whining. Whining about whining.

One must wonder why some think their friends are too stupid to read their own email without constant reminders. Can they really be that dumb that they think it's appropriate messages on the board need to be taken up with reminders to read email?
