Thanks for the additional references. I read the Wikipedia story. In the 80's I attended a week long management class that utilized the movie as a basis for studying management styles. We had to analyze the various jurors as to their leadership style. By that time, I had most of the dialogue memorized and most of the folks in my group had never seen the movie. Definitely a classic but did not care for the remakes that i saw. Never read the play but that may be worthwhile.
