Davis, it appears that the noteworthy event of this week is not linked to market-maker-mumbo-jumbo or Gangs of S-3s.

Instead, it seems that the buyers of big blocks of stock have finally figured out that there are about 10 million shares available at this price, so why buy a stock that will not go up in the near future?

The noteworthy event of the past two days is that the volume dried up, not from a lack of sellers, but from a lack of buyers!

So, down we go!

As for your anticipated S-3 short squeeze, I must ask: What short squeeze? The Reg Ds / S-3s simply have to call up Bix and convert in order to cover their shorts, yes? If this is roughly correct, they have no need to cover their shorts by buying stock in the market. No squeeze.

No news from Tustin? No end to the pressure on the stock until July 26th? I think "thirty seven and a half cents" is as likely a price by April as is $4 or $7.

Wanna bet we don't break a buck this year? Huh? Wanna?
